Removal of arm pit lymph nodes might not be necessary

That's actually great news, lymph nodes which are found through the body are very important, they act as filters or traps for foreign particles. Lymph nodes are needed for the proper functioning of the immune system. However, I can see why Doctors and patients will probably continue to remove them as it may remove future risk.
